National Climate Database

This project is developed to generate climate data reports and calculate agricultural index values.

Tech stack: Java, Hibernate, JDBC, PostgreSQL, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JQuery, Maven.

Raw data (temperature, rain, etc) can be uploaded in various formats.

Raw data reports and indice values:

Raw data reports can be generated and downloaded as Microsoft Excel files. Daily values can be grouped by month or by a sepecified number of days. Minimum, maximum or average value of each group can be selected as the group value.

Climate indices like evoporation can be calculated.

Long time average values can be calculated. The monthly average temperatures of the selected station are shown on the screenshot.

Day Counter function can bu used to find the number of days that fit the selected filter. The number of days that average temperature is greater than or equal to 7 degrees for each month is listed on the screenshot.

Charts of the raw data reports and climate indices can be generated and downloaded.
